10 KM / PÖRTSCHACH - VELDEN / CUP

Start is at 12:30 at the boat landing in Pörtschach.

Departure from Velden is at 11:30.

Arrival of all athletes at the start at 12:00 at the latest.

There is a start wave for all athletes who are registered with the OSV as well as for foreign clubs whose national federation belongs to FINA.

The distance is for the Cup swim.

The three fastest women and men in the overall standings will be honored.

In all competitions, it is permitted to wear neoprene suits up to a water temperature of 24°C! (The organiser reserves the right to prohibit the wearing of wetsuits due to weather and health concerns.)

Restube is the official security partner of the AUSTRIA SWIM OPEN. This means that every participant of the AUSTRIA SWIM OPEN must swim with an inflated Restube buoy, which is provided by the organizer free of charge. Advantages of Restube: barely noticeable resistance guaranteed buoyancy allows breaks for cramps and other ailments in case of emergency, excellent visibility for water rescue will be provided free of charge by the organizer at each event ATTENTION: all swimmers of the OSV Pro Wave swim according to FINA regulations without Restube buoy. For all other participants swimming with Restube buoy is obligatory
