THE EXPERIENCE:
This ride is most definitely not about speed this experience is about cycling with friends (or new ones) and enjoying where we are.
Each day we will achieve a new cycling challenge, mostly about enjoying the day in the saddle or heading to the tops of the numerous col’s (Mountains) we find on route, with amazing views in the Mountains and Descents that range from 8 – 25 km, it’s an experience you won’t get every day, and probably one you will never repeat.
From our hotel we will cycle a different route each day, always with the goal of riding, drinking good coffee, eating cake and being in wonder of our stunning surroundings.
There will be time for swimming in the Lakes or you can use the Paddleboards, with lovely evening meals watching the sunsets, this experience will simply be amazing.
With accommodation for the trip inclusive of transfers, this is also a fully supported ride so the only money you will need to spend will be at the numerous coffees stops on our routes.
AN APPROXIMATE ITINERARY:
Day 1: Arrive in Lake Garda (Italy) and make your way to the hotel (Wednesday 3rd August).
Day 2: Start our Journey from Lake Garda, and head towards Milan, first night is in Pavia. (160 km) (Thursday 4th).
Day 3: Continue from Pavia to Turin (135 km Friday 5th)
Day 4: Cycle Turin to Col de I’iseran (and over) (Accommodation in Tignes) (130 km Saturday 6th ) and the most fun you can have on a bike (Well on the way down anyway)
Day 6: Val d'isere to Lake Annecy, Followed by Food, Wine and Song. (Approx. 125km) (Sunday 7th)
Day 7: Transport to Geneva and onward travel (Monday 8th August).
Or you can choose to spend a few more days in, on and around Lake Annecy.
INCLUDED:
- 5 Nights’ accommodation.
- 6 Breakfasts. (Stops on route are not included).
- Baggage and Bike Transfers during the event (Bike transfers are only if you miss a stage).
- Transfers from the Airport to the start Location. (Verona only)
Emergency support from our local team who will be supporting you along the route.
EXCLUDED:
- Travel to Italy and from France back to the UK.
- Lunches, Evening meals, snacks, or drinks.
- Travel Insurance.
- Personal Equipment.
TRAVEL TO THE START LOCATION:
It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the start location for this experience.
This is in Italy; we can transfer you from Verona (ONLY) to Lake Garda.
Please ensure your return flight is from Geneva, we will transfer you to Geneva ONLY.
TRIP COSTS:
The total cost of the trip is £890.00 (Including all the booking fee's).
The initial payment through this webpage is a deposit of £200 (Plus the booking fee) this will then secure your place.
Further payments are due in staged intervals, or you can pay the balance in full.

TRAVEL TO EXPERIENCES:
If there is a need to book flights, ferries or additional travel please contact us BEFORE you do this, the experiences have a limited number of entrants needed for the experience to take place, we will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred booking these addition travel arrangements.

ACCOMODATION INFORMATION:
It may be difficult to find rooms that you will have to yourself, this can be done but will include extra costs (single supplement).
Unless otherwise stated you will be sharing a room (All of the same gender). Possibly a room of 3.
This is a very last resort we try very hard to ensure twin rooms, with single beds, this is not always possible in remote locations.
If you’re coming with a friend or a companion to share the experience with, we will room you together if you inform us first.
