Organiser's Description

Cycle from Lake Garda in Italy to Salzburg in Austria,

This ride is most definitely not about speed this experience is about cycling with friends (or new ones) and enjoying where we are.

Each day we will cycle a different route always with the goal of following great cycling routes, drinking good coffee, eating cake and being in wonder of our stunning surroundings.

Each evening we will enjoy some stunning cuisine with the odd glass (Bottle) of Red all done in the setting sun and memories to last a lifetime.

An Unforgettable experience.

 

AN APPROXIMATE ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrive in Verona and transfer to the hotel. (Wednesday August 2nd).

Day 2: Ride the Eastern edge of Lake garda to Bolzano 130 km.

Day 3: Ride Bolzano to  120 km

Day 4: Ride  to Salzburg 120 km

Day 5: Journey Home (Sunday August 6th)

 

INCLUDED:

- 4 Nights’ accommodation.
- 5 Breakfasts (Stops on route are not included).
- Baggage and Bike Transfers during the event.
- Transfers from Verona Airport to the start Location and to the airport after the event.
- Emergency support from our local team who will be supporting you along the route.

 

EXCLUDED:

- Travel to Italy and from Austria back to your home country.
- Evening meals, Lunches, Snacks, or Drinks.
- Travel Insurance.
- Personal Equipment.

 

TRAVEL TO THE START LOCATION:

It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the start location for this experience.

This is in Italy; we can transfer you from VERONA (ONLY) to the start hotel.

Please ensure your return flight is from SALZBURG, we will transfer you to Salzburg ONLY.

 

TRIP COSTS:

The total cost of the trip is £700.00 (Including all the booking fee's).

The initial payment through this webpage is a deposit of £200 (Plus the booking fee) this will then secure your place.

Further payments are due in staged intervals, or you can pay the balance in full.

AFTER ENTERING:

On entering the experience, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

If you do not receive it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Experience updates will be sent at various intervals, but important information is contained within these event pages.

 

TRAVEL TO EXPERIENCES:

If there is a need to book flights, ferries or additional travel please contact us BEFORE you do this, the experiences have a limited number of entrants needed for the event to take place, we will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred booking these addition travel arrangements.

ACCOMODATION INFORMATION:

For this experience all rooms are twin rooms, with single beds unless you request a Double bed, they are clean comfortable.

If you are coming with a friend or a companion to share the experience with, we will room you together if you inform us first.
