The terrain is a mix of muddy, hilly bings (heaps or piles) and cycle tracks, with steep climbs and a range of obstacles, including the cycle path gauntlet. This award-winning event will challenge every aspect of your fitness. So what do you do now? Train with no limits. Train because you can, because it’s fun and because you'll look at an obstacle course like it’s a play park.
