A new road half marathon for 2016, and definitely one to get under your belt, with entertainment, outstanding crowd support and a glorious finish in Bolton's fantastic Le Mans Crescent. The half marathon is hopefully a lead up to a Bolton Community Marathon in 2017. The Bolton Marathon started in 1981 and was one of the first and largest marathons in the country - so let's try and get it back on the map!
