Organiser's Description
The race is run entirely on the sandy beach stretching from Borth down to the dunes at Ynyslas, and returning to the start. Timed to begin at low tide the challenge is to complete the race and keep your feet dry - although on a hot Summer's day many runners take the opportunity for a quick dip at the end!
