Organiser's Description
A single 10k lap course which heads up through a series of climbs and a couple of marshes to the 5k point. After this comes the water! Through the Alligator Swamp and Swan Lake, then drop down onto the Muddy Mile, followed by two steep climbs out and a great view from the 8k point. Then Duck Pond, followed by a wee bit more wet before a very steep short hill, then a fast descent and a couple more testing hills before heading back to the finish. Our wettest course of the year!
