How To Get There
By Car: At M4 junction 40, take the A4107 exit to Port Talbot
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Tan-y-groes St/A4107 heading to Cymmer/Cymer.
Turn left onto A4107
Turn left onto Queen St/B4287
Turn left to stay on Queen St/B4287 – Continue to follow B4287
Turn right onto Ton-mawr Rd
Slight right to stay on Ton-mawr Rd
Take the 1st right (sign posted Afan Dirt Park). Follow gravel road through forest and find us on the left at the top of the road.

By train: Neath railway station is about 5 miles away and has trains westbound to Swansea, Carmarthen and Milford Haven, and eastbound towards Cardiff Central, London Paddington and Manchester Piccadilly.
Parking
Main car parking is within Bryn Bettws Lodge. Follow the lane until you reach theLodge and a marshal will direct you to where to park. Please bring £5 for the parking fee.

Light refreshments and food can be found in Bryn Bettws Lodge, and our tents near the start/finish line.
Just a reminder to please be weather-proof if the conditions are not kind to us on the day. This is a trail race through the forest, please ensure you dress and prepare adequately and keep well hydrated.
There is no bag drop facility so please leave all valuables in your car.

Is there a waiting list for the event once entries sell out?
Yes, please email [email protected] and request to be added to an events waiting list.
Can my friends/family/spectators run down the finish line with me
No. Any athlete who crosses the finish line with a spectator will be disqualified.
I want to make a complaint
Please email [email protected] with your complaint, this will go straight to the company directors.
Can I transfer my entry to another race?
This is at the discretion of the event organisers. If the event is the same distance race (ie 10k for another 10k), you can purchase an event transfer HERE. If you want to transfer from a 10k to a duathlon or half marathon, this is not possible. Please note: Depending on circumstances, event transfer may be denied.
Can I transfer my slot to another athlete?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer your slot to another athlete.
Withdrawal / Refund Information
All athletes have a 14 day withdrawal period from the time of signing up. After this, you are not eligible for a refund or event transfer. Due to the nature of sporting events we are unable to make exceptions for injuries etc.
