This year's Teifi Valley Challenge offers a fantastic opportunity for both seasoned athletes and casual walkers to explore the beautiful scenery while tackling a 24-mile route from Cardigan to Llandysul in one adventurous day. Prefer a more leisurely pace? Opt for the two-day option or choose the 12-mile challenge, which takes you from Cardigan to Newcastle Emlyn on Saturday, followed by a scenic trek from Newcastle Emlyn to Llandysul on Sunday.
This predominantly flat route along the picturesque River Teifi is perfect for everyone looking to embrace the great outdoors. Each participant will receive a medal, a T-shirt, and access to feed and water stations along the way, ensuring a rewarding experience. Come and take on the Teifi Valley Challenge! Cardigan to Llandysul 24 miles in one go on the Saturday; do it over 2 days if you wish; or do the 12 mile challenge Cardigan to Newcastle Emlyn on the Saturday, and Newcastle Emlyn to Llandysul on the Sunday, - the choice is yours! This is fairly flat route following the river Teifi. Entry includes Medal, T shirt and feed/Water stations along route. Team/Group entry available
