Paphos and Akamas Forest World Heritage site are beautiful locations for this annual 4-Day Challenge - an excellent mixture of traditional road running and spectacular trail running, which has quickly been recognised as one of the toughest and best organised multi-stage challenges. Four brilliant races in four days on the sunshine Island of Cyprus - a 6k time trial, an 11k hill run, a 21k trail run and a 10k city run, with your time accumulated over all four disciplines.
