Beautiful medal. I ran it in March 2020. Well organized, good facilities, I ran the 10k distance - one lap around the reservoir- perfect. There’s a cafe and playground where family can spend time while runners run. Definitely recommend

Excellent race. This was only my second official race and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It began with everybody shivering at the start line, which got strangers chatting away, so the atmosphere was already high. The route is pretty nice with spectacular views over the reservoir. The facilities are decent too. The post race goodies are nicely different with no needless plastic bags. I'm definitely coming back to do the route again to see how my performance changes, not only that they have different distances which is exciting. I'd just make sure you're there early enough for a parking spot, and definitely car share wherever possible. Although the marshals were easy to follow to where else you could park.

Nice race. Raced on a very windy day but the course is very nice good view with the water & boats. Average race however liked the socks at the end rather than a T sh

Well organised, good facilities and great atmosphere. Second 10k series at Draycote Water, really enjoyed it. Plenty of parking space, queues were minimal for all facilities, well organised friendly staff and lovely views on the way round the course.

Good event but no t-shirt. This was my first ever 10k and found it to be well organised and instructed. Was very disappointed at the end though to find out that they no longer do the T-shirt’s!

Not a flat race. Beautiful location, however this is not a flat run, which I was disappointed at because it had be sold as a flat run. We’re quite new to doing these run and the distances, so are just deliberately looking for flat ones until we’re stronger runners.

Brilliantly organised event. I completed my first Draycote water 10k on November 10th. The course was brilliantly marshalled with clear markers throughout. Registration was efficient and the team were so friendly. Fantastic post race goodies and really liked the option of running socks vs. finishers t-shirt. I will be definitely signing up for the Draycote series in 2020.

Great event. This was my first time at this event and only my 2nd ever 10k race . It's a nice flat course and good for first timers. Great venue, great organisation of the event (just shame about the weather) but it wont stop me coming again hopefully next time the sun will be shining.

First Draycote 10k. I found this race well organised and the scenery was an added bonus. The description of the course describes it as flat but there a couple of steep inclines but did not spoil the morning run. I found it very enjoyable and I’ll definitely be back.

Draycote Water 10K August. This was my first 10K at Draycote Water and I found that it a good race with lots of things to look at whilst running, it is mostly flat but with some hills to keep it interesting. It is a well organised race with lots of Marshall's and a nice medal. I will so this one again!

My first 10k. Well what can I say apart from overall massively pleased! This is the first event based race I’ve done so wasn’t quite sure what to expect, however I wasn’t disappointed! The members of staff that were there are easy to approach and very responsive to questions I had to ask them, and such a great location to have the run. Was a challenge for myself as my longest distance I had ran to date before the race was 6k so this was a bit of a jump however the energy and motivation from the others runners and staff on the checkpoints will you on I’ve broken previous averages and overall distance. Would highly recommend any runners or new runners to try this event out in the future as it’s one il be doing again!

Great venue. Well organised, great scenery for a 10k and bonus is it’s only one lap! Mostly flat and good for a PB. Would do it again and recommend to others!

Great place for a PB. Great route for a 10k, undulating but mostly flat. Quiet and all off road with a nice reservoir to look at whilst running. Very enjoyable, very friendly venue only downside is all the billions of midges, and don't forget £4 for parking! Goodies at the end make up for it :)
