Unfortunately, the Festive 4k Fun Run organised by Lancaster & Morecambe AC has been cancelled for 2020. Typically held on Sun 27th December in Lancaster, Lancashire, this event has been a beloved Christmas tradition for the past 21 years. Participants of all ages and abilities were welcome to enjoy a fun and festive atmosphere, with the opportunity to run in fancy dress and receive a special Christmas medal upon finishing. While this year's event won't be taking place, we look forward to its return in the future for another memorable and joyous celebration of the holiday season.
Organiser's Description
Lancaster & Morecambe AC is organising its popular Christmas Festive Fun Run from the clubhouse on the athletics track at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre, near Lancaster, again this year. 2020 will be the 21st anniversary of the launch of the run.
The event is aimed at families and fun runners, as well as more regular competitors. There will be a great atmosphere and a super festive medal for all finishers. All runners are very welcome to run in fancy dress.
