For our third Filthy Foxes Dirty Weekend, we have set a duathlon theme. You can do as many (or as few) of the coached activities as you want on Saturday, then put your new skills to the test in the off-road duathlon on Sunday. Don't worry - we know that some of you are allergic to running, so there are mountain bike only options too. There will be a variety of coached activities and competitions designed to help you improve your skills, understand your kit, and feel more confident about riding and running. 1-3 May.
