Enjoy the surroundings of natural woodlands as you take on this 10k race in Northamptonshire's beautiful Salcey Forest. The route encompasses flat, fine stoned access roads as you run around the outskirts of the Forest. These pathways provide ideal conditions for novice and experienced runners alike!

How To Get There

By Car: The venue is about 7 miles South from the centre of Northampton. It is easily accessible from Junction 15 of the M1, whether you’re travelling from the North or South. Use postcode NN7 2HX for your Satnav.

By Train: Trains arrive from London Euston and Birmingham New Street into Northampton Railway Station at least once an hour, and there are taxi points directly outside the station.

There is a car park at the venue. Charges will apply.

Great event. The location is easy to access with ample parking available. The registration is easy and pins were also provided with the number. The course is very scenic and challenging with lots of inclines. Well marshaled event with water station and bespoke medal and a tshirt at the finish. It's a well-organized event and highly recommended for anyone who is after a challenging but very enjoyable 10K race.

Such good fun. Really well organised. Parking was easy. Plenty of friendly marshals. The course was well signed. A lovely route, even though it was muddy in places. The drink stop was easy to use. Will definitely use again! Thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you all who participated and especially those who organised.

Sunday 17th November, Salcey Forest Northampton. A friendly, well organise race where you can run without the pressure of it being a race.

Great race. Good forest run - small friendly event - well organised and unusual medal - plus a tee shirt which you rarely get at a 10k

Brilliant Run. Incredible run. Well organised and such a great vibe. Trail shoes even if its dry. Love this race.
