French Riviera Marathon
The glamorous Cote d’Azur takes centre stage during the French Riviera Marathon between Nice and Cannes in November. This is the second largest marathon in France, with over 12,000 runners expected. The French Riviera has an average of 300 days of sunshine per year and 115km of coastline and beaches, and this scenic event offers runners a superb opportunity to experience some late season sunshine, and the famed seaside towns along the coast. The course is quite flat with the highest points being around Cap d’Antibes and the bay Golfe-Juan.
