The 10k is fast becoming an iconic swim distance, and in 2019 we offer you another chance to take on this marathon challenge at the beautiful Fritton Lake, in Norfolk. We provide the route and everything else you need, the rest is down to you.
Swim 1000m then make an ‘Aussie exit’ (exit the water at the end of each lap, run up the beach, around a small loop and back in the water). Will you enjoy a brief respite, with the opportunity to refuel, or will you run straight through and plunge into the water for your next lap?
Compete as an individual, or with the fun and enjoyment of being part of a team. Entries available for individuals or teams of 2, 5 or 10
