Sat 26th March 2016

Organiser's Description

This is a classic flat-hilly-flat route out and back from Wevelgem on the outskirts of Kortrijk, get in a strong peloton at the beginning and see the kms fly by, before hitting the hills and cobbled sections. For the shorter routes (60, 80, 140km) the hills are crammed into approximately 20km of pain, whereas on the challenging 215km route there are about 100km of hill. By the time you hit Ypres it's all over, leaving just a quick, flat last 30km. In the heart of the Spring Classics season, this weekend takes in a sportive across West Flanders before watching the pros race the course on the Sunday.
