This event aims to encourage beginners to have a go at duathlon in a relaxed environment. The emphasis is on enjoyment and completion rather than 'racing'. The duathlon consists of an off road run followed by a road bike ride and to finish, a one lap run around the playing field. Severn Centre, Bridgnorth.
