For the youngest competitors under 10, a fun race awaits with a 400m run, a 600m bike ride, and a 200m run. With all cycling taking place on a closed circuit, safety and enjoyment go hand in hand. Plus, a free training session is available before the event to help participants prepare. No prior triathlon experience is needed—everyone is welcome to join in the excitement!

Our GO TRI Summer Duathlon Series is aimed at beginners looking for an opportunity to take part in a multisport event. The adult duathlon will consist of a 2.5k run, 10k bike and 600m run. The junior duathlon (11-14) will consist of a 1.6k run, 6k bike and a 600m run. There will also be an event for under 10s, consisting of a 400m run, 600m bike and 200m run. The cycles are on a closed cycle circuit free from traffic. Free training session before each event. No prior triathlon experience necessary - all welcome.
