Organiser's Description

The Great Northern Run is set in Mickleover, Derby with the race HQ at Mickleover Sports Club. It’s a UKA licensed event which takes runners around the surrounding country lanes and returns on the beautiful former Great Northern Railway line (now disused of course). Perfect prep for a Spring marathon. The 2k family fun run is traffic free, out and back along the railway path.
