Organiser's Description
This race is definitely grizzly, with various amounts of mess along the way. A mud pack could be applied as you go along (it's good for the skin, honest!), numerous objects wait to be climbed over, through and swerved, and the odd natural water hazard is lurking. Expensive clothing or ipods/mp3 players not recommended – unless they like water and mud! New for 2015 will be a 7 mile version for those who want a quick sprint!
