Never received the medal and was continuously fobbed off with excuses - told to wait, given tracking details that weren’t for my address... just terrible. I will never use VirtualRunners again and would advise everyone the same. Don’t waste your time.

Booked via findarace.com and received email details from virtualrunners a couple of days afterwards. Was given access to their online running portal where i could link my Garmin account ready to upload my run details on the day. I completed the run locally and synchronised the details of the run easily from the running portal where i could then download my participation certificate. I’m looking forward to receiving my medal. I would run with Virtual Runners again 👍🏻
