The only Haute Route based in a major international city, the Bay Area is a hotbed for innovation and cycling in the USA. Professional and amateur cyclists have long been drawn to the perfect weather, steep climbs and scenic ocean views in Marin County and the South Bay. The Original course features 315km and 5,800M+ of climbing, including the exclusive Angel Island Time Trial. The new Compact course delivers all the services and support of an Haute Route experience to riders looking to ride fewer kilometers. Stage 2 will be integrated with The Jensie Gran Fondo, founded by the most entertaining rider in the pro peloton, Jens Voigt.
