IRONMAN 70.3 Cascais, Portugal

Cascais, Portugal

Cascais, Portugal

Sun 30th September 2018

Organiser's Description

Competitors in thisevent will enjoy the best that Cascais has to offer, starting with a swim in front of the Fortaleza da Cidadela, the most spectacular bay in Portugal. The cycle course runs alongside the ocean, through to Oeiras, Algés, Belém and returning in Alcântara, a fast and flat part of this beautiful landscape. The run starts in the Marina, and goes through Cascais Village, along the Marginal Road and the seaside promenade. Running between Cascais, Estoril and S. Pedro, competitors will be cooled by sea breezes and cheered on by spectators. This is one of the most beautiful race courses ever devised for a triathlon. It's sure to be of the most amazing experiences of an athlete's lifetime.
