Following the swim, competitors will transition to the fast and flat two-loop Ventum bike course, which includes a brief climb at the KΓΆhlbrandbrΓΌcke, leading them through the picturesque Vier- und Marschlande region. Finally, the excitement culminates in a four-loop run that weaves through the heart of Hamburg, providing plenty of motivation as athletes pass the finish line at Rathausmarkt three times. Organiser's Description

The one-loop swim course offers a first glimpse of this stunning race in Hamburg, which many consider Germany's "Gate to the World". The course leads from the Jungfernstieg jetty through the Binnenalster and the Außenalster lakes. The new two-loop Ventum bike course is fast and flat with a short climb at the Kâhlbrandbrücke (Kâhlbrand bridge). It leads athletes out of the city and towards the idyllic Vier- und Marschlande region. The four-loop run was made for fast times, as it takes athletes through the city of Hamburg and into the heart of the harbour. Athletes will pass the finish line at the Rathausmarkt a total of three times for extra motivation.
