The one-loop swim takes athlete into the Kalmar strait and the waters of the Baltic Sea, before turning back to the city. The two-loop bike course heads out to the island of Öland, known for its stunning natural beauty, then leads back to the mainland as athletes cross the famous Öland bridge a second time. Enjoy it, usually it's a no-go for bikes! The three-loop run is along the beach, through the city centre and through the city wall at Västerport, before the finish next to the cathedral.
