Organiser's Description
Lo Scorpione was launched in 2015 to provide an event for riders who fancy trying a hard cycle event, but with lots of support to help them get around. Based on your feedback, we’ve improved the route for 2016 and also offer a shorter option. We’ve even moved the start venue to allow a proper warm up before the first big climb! The Scorpions are all about personal challenge, camaraderie and stunning, wild country cycling. No big, racing pelotons, no long ‘A’ roads, and proper food. If you’ve always wanted to try a hard event but haven’t had the confidence, this is for you! As easy as a hard bike ride can be. 101km and 74km options.
