Organiser's Description
Come and run a chip timed aquathlon, the event consists of a 400m swim inside London Aquatics Centre followed by 5k run around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park . This course is not only flat and fast, but also inspiring. The RunThrough London Aquathlon is a great opportunity for a quick time and a fun morning out with a unique themed medal waiting for you at the finish!
Included is a themed medal, water and post race goodies! Each kilometre of the run is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish.

Course Details
Each kilometre of the run is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish.
Please submit your estimated swim time on the entry form, confirmed waves will be assigned in the 2 weeks prior to the event- the following may be subject to change.

Baggage
We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, all you have to do show you number to the baggage staff and they will help you find your baggage.
Refreshments
There will be water provided along the run, and water at the finish. There will also be snacks waiting for you at the finish.
