Organiser's Description
You can enter as an individual, or either a team of two or four running in relays, the aim being to complete as many laps as possible of the 7k(ish) loop during the 7 hours available. All participants receive a medal.

Event Day Details
Registration opens at 8:30am
Race starts at 9:30am
Race finishes at 4:30pm
From 3.30pm we will make a judgement call based on your performance as to whether you can start a final lap or not.
Parking
Free parking if you arrive before 8.50am, otherwise you will have to pay the National Trust Car Park Fee of £8 unless you are National Trust Members.
