Course Details

5K

On Saturday 1st October at 13:00.

A family friendly 5k for all to enjoy and the best part? 25% of your entry fee will go straight to Willen Hospice! The more the merrier for this race, run with your friends, your dogs, your buggies!

This 5k will have a cut off time of 1hr 30 mins and is a 1 lap course.

Entries start from just £10, and all ages are welcome!

Half Marathon

Sunday 2nd October at 09:00

Feel like getting 13.1 miles under your belt?

This year we’ve introduced a brand new 1 lap course which will be officially measured and UKA affiliated. The race has a 6 hour cut off (15:00 finish).

There will be water stations every 5km for you to refuel.

10K

Saturday 1st October at 14:30

The (more) serious one. A cash prize for the top 3 male and female runners is up for grabs in this race, so you better lace up those running shoes!

The MK10K will be UKA affiliated meaning anyone is open to take part, but following UKA rules, there can be no dogs, pram/buggies or children below 15 years of age.

The 10K is a two-lap course and will be very well signed and marshalled! There is also a timed hill climb to make the race a little more interesting.

Marathon

Sunday 2nd October at 08:00.

This year we’ve decided to introduce a marathon distance to the MK Autumn Run.

All marathon runners will complete 2x laps of the half marathon course.

The race has a cut off time of 15:00 (7 hours).

There will be water stations at every 5km for you to refuel.

We know how important it is for volunteers to be part of our events – you’re crucial in building an awesome events atmosphere and supporting runners along the way.

If you volunteer in the MK10K or Run for Willen 5k in 2022, you can run either event for free in 2023.

Register your interest to volunteer for the Run for Willen 5k and MK10K.

If you volunteer for the MK Autumn Half Marathon and Marathon all volunteers will receive the following:
– Crew T-Shirt
– Milton Keynes Autumn Run Coaster
