Pattingham Bells Run

Pattingam, Staffordshire

The Poplars, High St, Pattingham, Wolverhampton WV6 7BB, UK

Sun 11th October 2015

Organiser's Description

The 26th Pattingham Bells Run will start near the Village Hall playing fields. The 7mile multi-terrian course is set over beautiful Crown estate and park lands surrounding the South Staffordshire village of Pattingham. You will hear the church bells encouraging you along and welcoming you back to the finish on the playing fields. The first run in 1990 was organised to raise money to replace the old wooden bell frame in the belfry of St. Chad's Church. The run has continued over the years and is now a respected event in the running world, with over 800 entries last year.
