Paul Lavelle Foundation 10k & 5k Run
The Paul Lavelle Foundation is hosting its third annual 10k and 5k road run, following the success of last year! The charity has been set up to raise awareness of domestic violence, in particular for male victims. We also focus on encouraging physical activity through numerous events, because of the mental benefits provided through its social and physical aspects.
Registration is at the Community Centre in Hoylake, on Merseyside. Time chips are provided, so come and set a new PB! Also a free Golden Mile Fun Run for children.
All runners will receive a medal and t-shirt at the finish line
Fastest Male and Female in the 10k will receive the Paul Lavelle Cup
