The Ponteland Sprint Triathlon is aperfect event for novice triathletes wanting to try the sport for the first time. Based at Ponteland Leisure Centre this event features a pool swim, and a flat bike and run. This is also a fantastic event for experienced triathletes wanting to set themselves a PB.
