Joining a guided run with a coach transforms your running experience. You'll receive personalized feedback on form and technique, tailored training to overcome plateaus, and motivation to push through challenges. Enjoy exploring new routes safely and benefit from the camaraderie of running with others. A coach-led run not only helps you improve your skills but also builds confidence and makes the entire experience more enjoyable, turning every run into a learning opportunity.
The run itself will last 3.5-4 hours. You will need to ensure you wear appropriate footwear, and carry enough food and fluid on you for four hours. Recommended 2 litres.

This circular running route is approximately 16 miles long, offering a scenic and varied experience through the stunning landscapes around Butser Hill, East Meon, Langrish, and Stroud in Hampshire, England. The route features a diverse mix of terrains, including wooded areas, open fields, rolling hills, and charming historic villages.
Starting Point: Butser Hill
Butser Hill: Begin your run at Butser Hill, the highest point in the South Downs, providing breathtaking panoramic views. The hill's network of trails includes some challenging steep sections, offering a rewarding start with stunning vistas.
Section 1: Butser Hill to East Meon
Trail Type: Open fields and countryside paths.
Description: Descend from Butser Hill towards East Meon, traversing the rolling chalk downland. This section takes you through expansive fields, where you can enjoy the fresh countryside air and perhaps spot some local wildlife. The descent is gradual, offering a pleasant lead-up to the picturesque village of East Meon.
Section 2: East Meon to Langrish
Trail Type: Mixed woodland and rural tracks.
Description: After exploring East Meon, with its historic church and traditional cottages, head towards Langrish. The trail here winds through peaceful woodlands and follows the course of small streams, offering a tranquil and shaded environment. The terrain is moderately undulating, providing a mix of effort and relaxation as you make your way to the next village.
Section 3: Langrish to Stroud
Trail Type: Rural paths, minor roads.
Description: Continue from Langrish towards Stroud, following quiet country lanes and rural paths. This stretch of the route is less wooded, featuring more open spaces and views of the surrounding farmland. The terrain here is relatively flat, making it a more relaxed middle section of the run.
Section 4: Stroud to Butser Hill (via Queen Elizabeth Country Park)
Trail Type: Woodland paths, uphill trails.
Description: From Stroud, head back towards Butser Hill, passing through the expansive Queen Elizabeth Country Park. The park offers well-maintained trails through dense woodlands, providing a scenic and serene environment. The final stretch involves an uphill climb back to the top of Butser Hill, which is a challenging but fitting conclusion to the route.
