Rumble In The Jumble III

Circuit running welcomes you to our Rumble in the Jumble III event, a 6 hour challenge timed event where you can run a 5k all the way up to ultra marathon within the time limit.

 

Our Rumble In The Jumble III event is a slightly cheaper run than normal, when you finish you'll have the option of picking a medal of your choice from a selection of medals from our previous events.

 

The event will start at 9:30am and registration will open at 8:45am.

 

The course is will be laps of either 3.28 miles or 4.37 miles, there'll be a 5k turn point and a 10k will be 2 laps of the 5k lap, a half marathon will be either 3 or 4 laps, a marathon 6 or 8 laps and an ultra marathon 7 or 9 laps.

 

There'll be a table at the end of each lap with water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of different food.

 

You can start your last lap up until 5:59:59 hrs after the event start.

The course is mainly along an old railway line on a tarmac path with a small section at the start and finish of each lap on the field, the course is out and back with no navigation required.

Toilets will be at the pavillion on the playing field.

Parking: there is car parking in the car park at Skellingthorpe Community Centre.

After finishing you'll receive a medal and a goody bag for your hard earned effort.

The run is licensed by the TRA and run under UKA Athletics rules

Maximum distances permitted under rules are as follows:

Age 12-13 years. 5,000m

Age 14-15 years. 6,000m

Age 16 10,000m

Age 17 25,000m

Age 18-19 45,000m

Age 20 and over No maximum distance
