Run Run as Fast as you Can to earn this festive medal. Keep the running motivation through December as the weather turns cold and the nights are long. Only available in December 2020. You can take on this challenge in parts and you can walk, swim, cycle or use gym equipment, as well as running. The virtual challenge can be completed in one go, or in parts if you prefer. Evidence must be submitted by 31 December 2020.
