A chance to ride to lovely Rutland and just beyond – a 300k Audax starting in Baldock Station car park and finishing back in the town (some pubs and takeaways stay open late). A fast ride out, then hilly to halfway back. Quiet roads with decent surfaces through some lovely scenic villages, the hills of Rutland, and under Harrington Viaduct, one of Britian's greatest railway monuments.
