Organiser's Description

This fantastic 1 mile open water swim takes place from North Norfolk's beautiful Sea Palling beach. Starting at the top reef, you will make your way down the reefs - under the watchful eye of the RNLI - until you are level with the lifeguard station. Open to anyone over the age of 16 who is confident to swim in open water. This is a wetsuit mandatory swim, due to the potential risks of conditions changing.
