The village of Seagrave, situated in the rolling hills of North Leicestershire, is the venue for this 'short course' duathlon. The run is an out and back route on the quiet and picturesque lanes surrounding the village. This is followed by a bike leg around the scenic Charnwood countryside, then back out for the final run.
