Join us for the Sevenoaks Spring Run 2026 - a breathtaking 5K & 10K charity run set in one of Kent’s most iconic natural landscapes.

Experience a fully marshalled route that winds along the established trails of Knole Park, offering sweeping views, peaceful woodland, and the thrill of running through a historic deer park. All while supporting the incredible work of Dig Deep. The course is welcoming and accessible, perfect whether you’re taking on your first 5K or chasing a new PB.

Knole Park’s 1,000 acres of protected parkland are home to ancient veteran trees, rare wildlife, and a free‑roaming deer herd that has lived here for centuries, creating a truly unforgettable backdrop to your spring run.

Course Details

The course will be 1 lap 5k and 2 laps 10k on an accurately marked route. It follows stable, clearly defined trails through Knole’s open parkland and woodland edges, with a mix of firm trail and gentle undulations that make it accessible for runners of all experience levels.

Expect a natural trail surface with mild gradients that create a comfortable but engaging challenge as the path winds through the scenic estate.

With no obstacles, stiles, or narrow bottlenecks, the route offers a rewarding and unhindered run through Knole Park.

What's Included

When you book a place at the Sevenoaks Spring Run, you’ll receive a digital registration pack by email ahead of the event, containing all the key information you’ll need for the day. You can expect full support when you arrive, with clear signage, a coordinated registration and start area, and marshals guiding you around the route. After the run, we’ll send your results straight to your inbox so you can celebrate your achievement. Your race experience also includes a finisher medal, on‑course water, and free parking at the event venue.

How to Get There

Nearest train station is Sevenoaks - 1.2m from registration point. Regular trains from London.

Parking

Free parking is available at Sevenoaks School - Duke's Meadow Car Park and Solefields Car Park.

NO parking is available within Knole Park. This is a National Trust property and parking within the Knole Car Park is only through separate purchase of a Knole Admissions Ticket on the National Trust website.

Location

Parking and registration takes place at the independent Sevenoaks School (TN13 1HU), with the run taking place in the beautiful, historic grounds of Knole Park.

FAQs

  • Can I park at Knole House?

    No. Free parking is available at Sevenoaks School’s Duke’s Meadow and Solefields car parks.

  • Will the 5k and 10k races start at the same time?

    Subject to number of entries, both events will start at the same time with 10k runners doing two loops which will be clearly signposted.

  • Will results be timed?

    Yes, results will be emailed to all participants after the event.

  • Where is the start/finish area?

    All runners will need to check in at Sevenoaks School (TN13 1HU), with the start/finish itself taking place inside Knole Park. All participants will be led to the start line at 9:00am.

  • Can children take part?

    Yes, but they will require their own entry ticket. Under‑16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • Can I walk the course?

    Yes, walking is welcome — we simply ask that walkers start towards the back for safety.

  • Is the course suitable for buggies or wheelchairs?

    The route includes natural trail surfaces and gentle gradients, so it may not be suitable for buggies or wheelchairs.

  • Are tickets refundable?

    As this is charity event tickets will be non-refundable but can be transferred to others. Revised emergency details will be required.

  • What happens in bad weather?

    The event will go ahead in most weather conditions unless safety is compromised. Any updates will be emailed to participants.
