The Shock Absorber WomenOnly Triathlon has evolved into a full, female-only multi-sport day, with a range of distances to suit everyone, regardless of age or ability, in an environment which is safe, encouraging and fun. So, whether you're taking on the multi-sport challenge for the first time, competing for the official charity Breast Cancer Care, or just want to better your time, the Olympic venue at Dorney provides the perfect setting, with a pancake flat, closed road run and bike track, clean, calm lake waters for the swim, and superb spectator viewing. Also relay option, sprint duathlon, 5k run and Scootathlon for the kids.
