Join us this November at the inaugural Silverstone Run Fest, where you'll step onto the revered tarmac of one of the world's premier F1 circuits.

At Silverstone Run Fest, you won't just tread on the iconic track – you'll race around it, navigating the famed Stowe Corner, Vale, and Hangar Straight, following in the tire tracks of legends. This event caters to all fitness levels, whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just looking for a leisurely walk.

How to Get There

By Car
From the North: 60 minutes south of Birmingham with road access exceptionally easy along the A43 dual carriageway from the M1 motorway.
From the South: 90 minutes north of central London from the M40 motorway and A43 dual carriageway.

By Train
The closest station, Wolverton, is approximately 10 miles (16km) away from the circuit. It offers direct train services to London Euston, Birmingham New Street and Northampton Rail Stations.
In the area and all under 13 miles (20km) away are Banbury, Milton Keynes and Northampton rail stations.

Parking is available at the Silverstone Car Park and is included in your entry fee.

​Licensing
These events (with the exception of the Family Mile) will be licensed with UK Athletics (UKA) and the results published by Run Britain shortly after the event.

Bib Numbers
Bib numbers will be mailed to all participants who have registered with a valid UK address by midnight on the Sunday prior to the event. When a bib cannot be mailed due to an incomplete/invalid address - and in cases where it does not arrive - participants can collect a new/replacement bib at the event.

Results
Results will be uploaded live to our website (internet connection permitting) and communicated to all pre-registered participants within 24 hours of the event.

Rewards
All finishers will receive a medal on completing their event. Prizes will be available for the top three places overall - and the top place in each of the veteran categories (V40/V50/V60/V70) - for both females and males at each distance. Winners will be notified via email by the end of the following week once results are considered final. No prizes will be offered for the Family Mile.

Half

Half Marathon distance is a true test of endurance and determination set against the legendary backdrop of the Silverstone Circuit. This long-distance race promises participants an extraordinary journey through the heart of motorsport excellence, as you tackle the challenge of a half marathon on one of the world's most iconic racing tracks

10k
10k distance offers a perfect balance of speed and endurance, providing participants with a diverse range of challenges. Feel the rush as you sprint down the iconic Hangar Straight, your breath taken away by the sheer scale of the track.

5k
5k is not just about the distance covered; it's about the experience of running on the same asphalt where racing legends have left their mark. As you navigate the course, you'll feel the synergy between the speed of motorsport and the determination of your run.

Mile
Family Mile is a joyful and inclusive event designed for families to come together and celebrate the spirit of running at the iconic Silverstone Circuit. This one-mile run promises an unforgettable experience for participants of all ages, blending the excitement of the track with the joy of shared moments.

facilities

Medical Cover
Suitable medical cover is provided at our events in case of a medical emergency.

Bag Drop
Whilst we recommend bringing as little as possible, participants can leave essential belongings with us using the tear-off baggage strip on their bib.

Photography
Event images will be available, usually within 24 hours of the event.
Water Stations
Water will be available on the Half Marathon (4) and 10K (2) routes. Water will not be available on the 5K route, participants must carry with them anything necessary to hydrate during the event.

Toilets
Toilets will be available in the car park and event village from 8:00am. Toilets will not be available on the routes.

Changing Rooms/Showers
There are no dedicated showers, but female and male changing rooms will be available in two dedicated pit garages.

Wheelchairs
These events are suitable for wheelchair users. Any participants wishing to compete with specialised equipment are asked to contact us before entering to ensure we can accommodate any additional requirements.

Buggies, Pushchairs and Strollers
As a UK Athletics licensed event, the pushing of persons in any device in these events is prohibited under the UKA Rules of Competition - including, but not limited to - buggies, pushchairs, strollers (or similar) and wheelchairs. Such devices are permitted in the Family Mile only.

Spectators
Spectators are permitted at this event.
Earphones/Headphones
Noise-cancelling earphones/headphones are prohibited and, whilst we discourage the use of other earphones/headphones in running events, participants choosing to use them should ensure they are set to a low enough volume that instructions from event officials can be clearly understood.

Dogs
Participants and spectators must not be accompanied by a personally owned or controlled dog during the event. Entry may be permitted to those with medical assistance dogs, subject to them being correctly registered and identifiable as such, and subject to prior approval by the Event Director.
