Organiser's Description

This 800m (ish) race on closed roads is set in the beautiful Stockley Country Park with a great spectator-friendly start and finish, refreshments right by the start/finish and starting just before the main 10k event so that the whole family can be involved.

Every little one gets a medal and finish line goodies! Suitable for all ages (under 5s should be accompanied by an adult).

Race Details

Entry on the Day: Subject to £1 surcharge (cash only, subject to availability)

Registration: From 09:00 to 10:00

Race Numbers: For collection at registration on the day only, numbers will not be posted. To be fastened to the front of your top using safety pins provided at registration, your number should be visible at all times.

Route: The Junior race is approximately 800m and starts and finishes at the main gantry. The route follows the 10k course for a short while on closed roads, before heading back to the finish. It is suitable for runners of all abilities.

Spectators: Very spectator friendly, with refreshments available.

Buggies/Pushchairs: This race is suitable for runners with buggies/pushchairs.

Wheelchair Users: This race is suitable for wheelchair users.

Event time-limit: There is no time limit for this race.

Easily accessible – close to M4, M40, M25

Masses of free, on-site parking. Please follow signs on arrival

Facilities

Bag drop: Whilst we would recommend bringing as little as possible, you can leave your belongings with us while you race using the tear-off baggage strip on your race number, collecting after you finish by showing your number.

Toilets: There will be temporary toilets at the start/finish.

Race Marshals: Marshals will be present on the course throughout the race.

Refreshments: Pre/post-race refreshments available.

Changing/Showers: There will be no changing or shower facilities at this race.

Lost property: Lost property from an event will be kept for one month. If unclaimed, or ownership cannot be determined, lost property items will be donated to charity
