Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the Stowe Winter Trail Run on Sunday, March 8th, 2020! Organised by Gold Swan Events, this exhilarating trail run takes place in the breathtaking Stowe Landscape Gardens in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. Participants can choose between two scenic distances: a 6km route perfect for novices and a challenging 12km course designed for seasoned runners.
Starting at 8:15 AM, you'll enjoy the crisp morning air as you navigate through stunning tracks and paths, surrounded by magnificent monuments and landmarks. The event features a drink station for the 12km runners, and all finishers will be treated to drinks and bites, with a coffee and tea van on-site for that much-needed post-race pick-me-up. Organiser's Description
A stunning trail run around the renowned Stowe Landscape Gardens in Buckinghamshire. A mix of tracks and paths in the beautiful landscape gardens, take in the monuments and landmarks along the way. 6km or 12km, suitable for novice or experienced alike. This is an early Sunday morning format with the event start at 8.15am, best time of the day! There is a drink station for the 12km event and drinks and bites for everyone at the finish. A coffee and tea van will also be available. Experienced, mobile first aid unit will be there in full support. Medals for all finishers and awards for 1,2,3 male and female in both events and first v50 finishers. This is the second event in a 3 race series and there will be awards for overall series winners. Entry is £11 for 6km and £15 for 12km.
