The 1066 Triathlon

Hastings, East Sussex

Hastings, East Sussex

Sun 28th June 2020

Organiser's Description

The 1066 Triathlon follows the route of William the Conqueror through the heartland of 1066 country. Landing on the shores of Hastings after a sea swim, the bike leg climbs from the Hastings sea front, before descending to Pevensey. We then follow the route adjacent to the shore line, climbing back up towards Battle, through the heartland of the battlefields. The bike then returns to Hastings seafront, before a fast, flat run along the promenade at Hastings. With views a plenty and a wonderful historical touch, can you Conquer Hastings? Relay and Aquabike options will also be available.
