Organiser's Description
A swim at the National Diving and Activity Centre, near to Chepstow, is followed by a bike course which is best described as 'undulating to hilly but not extreme'; taking in the Forest of Dean, it's both scenic and testing. The bike route finishes back at race HQ - Old Park, Lydney Park Estate, Lydney - and the event then takes athletes on a run out into woodland on an out and back route.
