Organiser's Description

This castle has been home to the Cholmondeley Family since the 12th Century. Its grounds feature Deer Park Mere which is a beautiful setting for our open-water swim races. To the south of the Castle lies Tower Hill, the highest point of the run routes, where athletes are rewarded with panoramic views of the Beeston and Peckforton Hills.

Throughout the weekend, athletes and spectators will be able to enjoy a fun-packed festival village featuring live music, shopping, food and drink, children’s entertainment, yoga and more.

Join us to race through the estate’s extensive 500 acre parkland. Pick your discipline – triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, swim and run – and choose a distance.

This event will host two Mixed Team Relay triathlon competitions. Enter either our Club Championships or Family/Friends Competition for a great day out and a chance to be top of the podium!

Cholmondeley Castle Triathlon and Multisport Festival 2024 is a British Triathlon permitted event. If you are taking part in a triathlon or multisport event you are required to provide your race licence or obtain a BTF Race Pass.
