Organiser's Description
Fan’s of TV series The Crown, will recognise several scenes filmed at Belvoir Castle. This Regency Castle was the perfect fit to recreate the Royals’ residence.
The name Belvoir – meaning ‘beautiful view’ in French, and pronounced today as ‘beaver’.
The Belvoir Castle event will feature some truly iconic courses amidst the 3000 acres of naturally designed landscape, a large range of races for all ages and abilities.
The swim only event provides the choice of three distances: 5km 2.5km and 1mile, and boasts a unique and stunning swim route in all the stunning castle lakes.
All swimmers will be provided with timing chips and the races categorised into wetsuits and non-wetsuits. Prizes will be awarded for the first place male and female competitors in each distance.
