A new swim for 2019 which sees us travelling to the River Spey in the northeast of Scotland, the ninth longest river in the United Kingdom, and the third longest and fastest-flowing river in Scotland.
This unique swim will start in Kingussie, in the midst of the glorious Cairngorms National Park. Travelling down the River Spey towards Loch Insh, through the RSPB Insh Marshes Nature Reserve, there is ample opportunity to encounter some of Scotland's resident birds and wildlife, including ospreys and salmon. The finish will be at Loch Insh Watersports Centre, which is set in 14 acres of stunning native woodlands.

Amazing experience. An amazing experience and nicely organised event. I mean you get what you sign up for, it’s cold, it’s fast, it’s exhausting but it’s something I will be proud of forever.
