Set in the idyllic harbour village of Solva, which lies in the middle of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, this swim from is one of the most scenic and challenging open water swims in the UK, and with two distances available we have something for everyone: the Green Monster 2.5 miles and the Black Run 1mile
